Job Title: Accountant (Ref: JOB/0701-12) 

Job Description:

• Will coordinate and document company financial transactions
• Prepare necessary management and financial reports
• Liaise with banks, suppliers and clients on financial issues
• Keep track of all company assets including inventory
• Track and compile all statutory returns like VAT, WT and PAYE.
• He/She will be reporting to Head, Finance and Admin.

Qualifications and Experience In Addition To General Requirements:

• A degree or HND in Accounting
• Not older than 35 years
• Not less than 3 year post graduation experience in a similar service company covering all the listed job functions
•  A considerable knowledge of purchasing, importation and inventory management

Job Title: Manager, Business Development (Ref: JOB/0701-21) 

Job Description:

• Will initiate, organize and manage business development activities
• Coordinate and lead a sales and marketing team of the company
• Liaise with the engineering teams to ensure proper project delivery and customer-care
• Ensure proper use of the company’s CRM application and methodology
• Develop and implement marketing plans for different product and solutions
• He/She will be reporting to GM, Business Development. 

Qualifications and Experience In Addition To General Requirement

• A good degree in any discipline; A reputable MBA is an advantage
• Not older than 35 years
• Not less than 5 year experience in sales and marketing, 3 of which must be in the ICT industry
• Have extensive knowledge of Sales/Marketing/Relationship management • Have a considerable knowledge of Nigerian ICT marketplace

Job Title:Product Specialist (for Cisco Products) (Ref: JOB/0701) 

Job Description: 

• Will be responsible for selling Cisco Systems products and solutions directly or through sales executives. 
• Will be required to continuously update skills and knowledge needed to sell converged IP network solutions.
• Will liaise with Cisco Systems offices and distributors for order placement and tracking and for sales and promotional incentives.

Qualifications and Experience In Addition To General Requirement

• A good degree/diploma in any discipline
• Not older than 35 years
• Not less than 2 year experience in IT sales/marketing/product management
• Fundamental understanding of the IP networks, routing and switching concepts, WLAN and Network security
• Product knowledge of and experience in selling Cisco products will be an advantage
• Have a clear knowledge of Nigerian ICT marketplace

Job Title: Product Specialist (for Telephony Systems) (Ref: JOB/07 ) 

Job Description:

• Will be responsible for selling telephony systems (Analog, Digital, IP Centric & Hybrid) directly or through sales executives.
• Will be required to continuously update skills and knowledge needed to sell telephony systems and telephony applications.
•  Will liaise with manufacturers we represent for order placement and tracking and for sales and promotional incentives.

Qualifications and Experience In Addition To General Requirements

• A good degree/diploma in any discipline
• Not older than 35 years
• Not less than 2 year experience in ICT sales/marketing/product management
• Fundamental understanding of the Voice (Telephony) systems and applications
• Product knowledge of and experience in selling TDM and IP telephony products (PBX, IPPBX, telephony sets, etc) will be an advantage
• Have a clear knowledge of Nigerian ICT marketplace

Job Title: System/Field Engineer, Network Foundation 

Job Description:

•  Will assess customer needs, design, and sell converged network solutions.
•  Will install, configure, operate and support converged IP networks.

Qualifications and Experience In Addition To General Requirements

• BSc/MSc (in a derivative of Electrical Engineering) or equivalent
• Relevant experience in internetworking technologies and applications using Cisco products and technologies will be an advantage
• Not older than 32 years
• Cisco general and specialist certifications will be an advantage
• Must demonstrate fundamental understanding of the IP networks, routing and switching concepts, and the basic steps required to incorporate wireless and security technologies in the IP Network.

Job Title: System/Field Engineer, Unified Communications

Job Description:

• Will assess customer needs, design, sell and implement TDM and IP Telephony multi-service network solutions.
• Will install, configure, operate and support converged IP networks.

Qualifications and Experience In Addition To General Requirement

• BSc/MSc (in a derivative of Electrical Engineering) or equivalent
• Relevant experience in TDM and IP Telephony and applications will be an advantage
• Not older than 32 years
• Cisco general and specialist certifications will be an advantage
• Must demonstrate fundamental understanding of IP networks and solid understanding of traditional PSTN technology and can resolve the connectivity issues related to legacy PBX and voice mail systems.

Qualifications and Experience In Addition To General Requirement

• BSc/MSc (in a derivative of Electrical Engineering) or equivalent
• Relevant experience in most of the following: Premises Cabling (Structured Cabling System) Outside Plant Cabling, Electrical Cabling, UPS, Data Centre Environmental Infrastructure (Racks, Cooling, Fire Alarm & Defense System, Raised Floor), CCTV/IPTV, Physical Access Control) will be an advantage
• Relevant Certifications
• A fundamental understanding of cabling and environmental infrastructure technologies and practice and their relevance and position within ICT spectrum

Job Title: Manager - Unified Communications (Ref: JOB/0701-31ii)

Job Description:

• Will be responsible for providing technical consultation and leadership in the design and implementation efforts of network engineering projects.
• Will be responsible for providing specialized and authoritative technical leadership to a group of engineers working on a project, product line or business unit.
• Will take one or more products through some or all stages of product development.
• Will be responsible for technical content of proposals and quotations. Will be responsible for technical decisions that will affect project, functional unit and/or deadlines.
• Must be able to represent ICT Solutions Limited by communicating technical business capabilities and strategies externally.
• Will establish well-defined technical direction for associated business unit and aligns the direction with that of ICT Solutions Limited.
• Will initiate informal reviews of ideas and technical objectives within and across business units.
• Will use expertise and creativity for innovative product recommendation and solutions.
• Will develop or consult on internal training programs.
• The positions report to GM, Engineering Operations and requires regular traveling within the country and occasional traveling abroad.

• BSc/MSc (in a derivative of Electrical Engineering) or equivalent with 5+ years relevant experience in IP technologies and applications, and TDM/IP Telephony at manager/team leader or supervisor’s level
• Cisco general and specialist certifications
• A deep understanding of the converged network using QOS, Cisco Call Manager clustering, H.323, MGCP, or SIP signaling protocols, and the scope of work required to integrate legacy TDM PBXs and voice mail systems into an existing data network.

Job Title: Head, Finance & Admin (Ref: JOB/0701-11)

Job Description:

• Will manage the admin and finance department of the company, its budget, functions (HR Management, Financial and Management Accounting, Inventory and Fixed asset management, Supplier and purchases management, Payable and Receivable management, Statutory returns, etc) and staffing
• Work with senior management in agreeing and enforcing budget and financial and internal controls
• Work with other unit heads to ensure proper project management; coordinate proper mutually rewarding relationship between the staff and the company.
• He/She will be reporting to CEO.

Qualifications and Experience In Addition To General Requirement:

• A degree or HND in Accounting, Business Administration or similar; A reputable MBA is an advantage
• Aged between 32 and 40 years
• Not less than 5 year experience in a finance and admin management and covering all the listed job functions
• A considerable demonstration of leadership skills
• A considerable knowledge of people management, purchasing, importation and inventory management
