 Job Title 1: Programmers/System Analysts

Job Description
• Analyze business problems and develop programmes to handle specific jobs
• Perform revision, repair, or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.

Qualification/ Requirements• In depth knowledge of Visual Basic and other programming tools 2-3 years post qualification experience
• Good database management and system development skills

Job Title 2: Engineers (Mechanical & Electronics)

Job Description
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs and calibration of equipment and systems.
• Put in place measures to reduce breakdown and minimize wastage of materials
• Provide user applications and engineering support and recommendations for new and existing equipment with regard to installation, upgrades and enhancement.

Qualification/ Requirements
• Graduate or Diploma Holder in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics
• 2- 3 years hands on experience

Job Title 3: Senior Production Supervisors

Job Description
• Proactive and efficient machine planning/job scheduling as per job requirement and addressing problems related to print and finishing operations.
• Execute work processes that will guarantee print productivity, quality finishing and timely delivery of product for next process

Qualification/ Requirements
• Graduates or Diploma Holders in printing technology with 5-8 years experience organizing and managing all print operations in a recognized.
• Possess rich experience in handling offset/digital printing and should have complete knowledge of all pre-press, press and post-press operations.

Job Title 4: Head, Internal Audit

Job Description
• Ensure compliance with procedures/regulations
• Appraise existing internal control measures and recommend improvement to be instituted
• Plan group-wide audit program and deliver audit within specified time frame

Qualification/ Requirements
• B.Sc/HND in the sciences or any numerable discipline
• Must be ACA/ACCA qualified
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is necessary
• Minimum of 10 years working experience, 5 of which must be as the head of audit

Job Title 5: Senior Sales/Marketing Executives (2)

Job Description
• Develop and maintain contacts with existing and potential customers to promote sales and deliver value to customers
• Identify new markets, both geographical and by industry sector, for company’s products and services

Qualification/ Requirements
• Minimum 8 years post qualification experience in corporate sales in the financial,
telecoms and public sector
• Aggressive self-starter who can operate both individually and in a team
• Exposure to the print industry would be an advantage
• Good presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Title 6: Sales/Marketing Managers (2)

Job Description
• Develop business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new customers and markets.
• Prepares excellent proposals, presentations and RFP responses.

Qualification/ Requirements
• Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in corporate sales in the financial, telecoms and public sector
• Exposure to the print industry would be an advantage
• Good presentation and excellent oral and written skills

Job Title 7: Group Head, Business Development

Job Description
• Define overall strategic objectives of the business, preparing yearly financial budgets and business plans
• Develop and execute strategies that will exponentially increase revenue, market share and profit
• Lead a vibrant team of sales professionals towards achieving overall corporate objectives

Qualification/ Requirements
• Minimum 15 years post qualification experience in sales with a special exposure to the banks and other financial institutions
• High commercial acumen and track record of dealing with key decision makers in the banking industry
• Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
