Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Job Description
--- Deliver regional sales targets and objectives.
--- Identify and explore new regional sales opportunities.
--- Execute the company's sales plans for the region, thereby ensuring profitability and growth of the company's brands in the designated region.
---Manage and drive customers/partners in the region towards profitable growth as well as develop new ones in accordance with Company procedures.
---Develop and grow the capabilities of the sales team in the region through regular performance reviews, monitoring of objectives and ensuring development needs are identified and attended to.
Qualifications/ Requirements
---B.A. or B.Sc. Degree in Marketing/Business Studies.
---5-9 years cognate working experience in a similar position.
---Computer expertise especially in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
---A good knowledge in distribution & customer development in the sector of FMCG.
---Must have excellent managerial ,planning and organizing skills, customer relation skills, oral and written communication skills.
---Possess good team building skills.
---Be mobile and willing to be flexible in terms of location.
