Job Description
The incumbent is expected to plan, organize, manage, and coordinate the repair, operation, modification, inspection, replacement, and maintenance of major features and related utility equipment associated with welding and carpentry in the company
Qualification/ Requirements
* Welding or Carpentry Technician from an accredited institution of higher education with a minimum of ten years experience in welding maintenance, carpentry repair, and facility maintenance
* Solid knowledge of welding carpentry and mechanical systems
* Strong experience in welding and Carpentry repairs as well as trouble shooting
* Establishment knowledge of preventive maintenance and repair practices and procedure
* Proven background in the supervision and management of workforce of skilled craftsmen in a maintenance environment
* At least ten years in a top level functional welding / carpentry maintenance role within the Oil and Gas or Manufacturing environment.
* Strong leadership and consensus building skills; sound management and planning skills; a proven track record in developing and administering a winning overhauling program is a must

* Solid knowledge of Electrical power systems, and alternative power systems
