Job Title 1: Sales Manager

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria
One of Nigeria's foremost Telecoms organizations seeks a Sales Manager to drive sales primarily in its Bulk SMS business and in other web based online Platforms.
 The ideal candidate will come from a Telecoms/Technology/Bulk SMS field sales or account management background, with a track record of success in their previous role. Excellent communication skills as well as solid negotiation skills are essential.
 He/ She must be conversant with the use of automated sales management/CRM tools like Salesforce.com and understand the sales process. The ideal candidate must also be conversant with the basic duties of a Sales Manager; from setting goals to making a plan and implementing it, to inspiring and motivating the sales team, coaching them to achieve their goals, monitoring progress and performance.
The sales manager should be familiar with creating sales systems and processes.
 In return, the ideal candidate will get an excellent salary, bonuses and commissions on meeting set targets, and company benefits. There will be ample opportunity to progress within the business and its other subsidiaries. Remuneration will be based strictly on performance.

Job Description
   Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned markets.
   Staffs and directs a Sales team (Account Managers).
   Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company's vision and values.
   Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base of specific mobile product lines.
   The Sales manager will provide the necessary training and educational programs for the Account Managers; and also be responsible for their performance.
   Develop business plans, marketing plans and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
   Prepares action plans for individuals as well as teams for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
   Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
   Conducts one-on-one review with all Account Executives to build more effective communication, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive’s sales and activity performance.
   Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
   Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives.
   Creates and conducts proposals, presentations and RFP responses.
   Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
   Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
   Works with the CEO and HR Department in recruits, tests, and hire of Account Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.

 Relationships and Roles:
Internal / External Cooperation
   Ensures that all Account Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
   Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
   Sets examples for Account Executives in areas of selling skills, work habits, personal character and commitment.
   Conducts regular coaching and counselling with Account Executives to build motivation and selling skills.
   Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
   Handling Important Sales Deals
If there are deals which can get the company a substantial amount of business and profits, the company may require the sales manager to travel places, discuss with such clients, and attract more business. In such situations, the sales manager has to show off his/her full potential for initializing and finalizing the contract with the client. He also manages crucial aspects of the advertising and marketing processes.

Qualification/ Requirements
   Bachelor’s Degree (in Sales and/or Marketing preferred) (Advanced degree strongly preferred).
   Minimum 5 years experience managing Sales Representatives, leading and developing them 
   3-5 years of Technological Sales Experience 
   Outgoing with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
   Able to drive accountability at all levels 
   Marketing experience (preferred)
   An appreciation and knowledge for social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter and other online communities.
   A strong desire to close the deal (Hunter Mentality)
   Strong Knowledge of Network marketing and some experience of working in a company that used network marketing.
   Strong sales experience in a technology related industry

Job Title 2: Graphics & Web Designer

Job Description
A foremost IT & Telecoms company in Nigeria is seeking a highly creative and talented graphics designer/multimedia artist to join our team. As a member of our Development team, you will design and implement product roadmaps - marketing creatives for newspaper ads, e-brochures (PDF), Facebook, Google, Yahoo, email campaign newsletter templates, flier designs, roll up banners and lots more. You will be generally responsible for our standard “look and feel,” overall visual appearance, and website cohesiveness. 
 You should be able to create and translate verbal or written descriptions into visual media using a variety of graphic and web tools.
 Being conversant with broadcast and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
 You must be capable of artfully executing high-level graphics concepts, balancing your own amazing vision under creative direction, and working in a highly collaborative environment - art direction and arrangement.

Candidates should be able to:
   Translate and develop new artistic concepts into the visual medium

Job objectives:

   Providing financial advice and support to the company
   Advising the company on strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting and implementations
   Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
   Managing the company’s various banking relationships
   Negotiating cost of finance with the banks
   Managing the company’s foreign currency balances to ensure the company avoids, as much as possible, loss on FOREX transactions
   Managing importation and exportation processes
   Managing the company’s treasury in a manner that ensures the company is at a liquidity level sufficient for the running of at least basic operations
